Castries, Saint Lucia – The Institute of Surveyors (St. Lucia) Inc. (ISSLU) will proudly host the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI) 12th Caribbean Valuation & Construction Conference 2025, taking place 22nd–23rd October 2025 at the Harbor Club, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.
Organised in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI), the conference is one of the Caribbean’s most respected professional gatherings. It attracts more than 150 delegates annually, including international experts in valuation, construction, real estate, land administration, property taxation, and finance.
